At Her Lavish Hair Collection, every order is prepared with precision and care. To maintain the luxury quality our brand is known for, all orders follow our standard 7–14 business day processing and delivery timeline.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
This timeframe allows for order verification, quality checks, packaging, and handoff to the carrier.
We appreciate your patience as we prepare your luxury extensions.
NO EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS
At this time, we do not offer 2–3 day, express, or overnight shipping.
All orders are shipped using our Standard Handling & Delivery method.
Even if a customer selects a carrier that normally delivers in 2–3 days, our processing time still applies.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking link to update once scanned by the carrier.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

To maintain processing efficiency, orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled once submitted.

DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package:

Check alternate delivery locations (side door, porch, mailroom)
